2026 Landscape Request for Proposal

Please provide your best proposal for the following landscape work for 2026.

  • All work to be completed during regular business hours.
  • Quotes will be accepted for individual locations, or any combination of locations as a group.
  • Please provide workers' compensation certificate and current copy of liability insurance.

Frankfort: 167 Springfield St.
Kingston: 29 N. Main St.
Richmond Dale 770 Main St.
Northside, Chillicothe: 550 Buckeye St.
Main/Annex Chillicothe: 140 S. Paint St. & 40 W. 5th St.

Note: Landscape bed cleanup in April, July, and October to include: shrub and plant trimming, weeding, new mulch, trash cleanup
