If you are having a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 immediately.  If you need resources like housing or clothing from specific community organizations, please call Ross County 211.

The Covid-19 pandemic has made life challenging for all of us.  For folks who are homebound, elderly, or have limited mobility, the lack of communication and resources can be catastrophic.  The Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library has partnered with Ross County 211 and area service organizations to help in two ways:

  • By making friendly phone calls to check on qualifying folks who may be isolated and lonely
  • By coordinating the delivery of essential supplies, like food and toiletries, to qualifying individuals

If you would like to receive assistance, or would like to sign someone else up for the program, please fill out the form below.  A library staff member will reach out to you/the person in need as soon as possible.

Please note that some supplies are limited, and may not be able to be obtained, like sanitation supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face masks.  CRCPL will make every effort to put you/your loved one in touch with a community organization who can help.

If you would like more information about the program, please contact Mike Jones, Outreach Department Manager, at mjones@crcpl.org or 740-702-4111.
