Mission Statement

The Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library shall serve the information and research needs of the people of Ross County, with emphasis on lifelong learning.  The library shall also serve as a resource center for recreational and cultural materials and related activities.  The library exists for the benefit of all, and special attention shall be devoted to overcoming geographic, physical, and cultural barriers to library use.
